Abbe Lynn Rosenthal
Abbe brings 20 years of experience in executive coaching, talent assessment and acquisition, onboarding, and learning design, development and delivery. She conducts needs assessments, design L&D roadmaps, develops content. coaches leaders, and delivers team sessions live and via web. She helps clients focus on process rather than results. She coaches leaders, teams, mid-level managers, new supervisors, and frontline employees on leadership, team effectiveness, change navigation, and performance improvement.
Abbe leads an exceptional team of coaches, trainers, and instructional designers to create and deliver customized coaching programs, training modules, and talent development solutions. Abbe has moderated roundtables and delivered workshops across industries, levels, functions, and geographies. She uses innovative models, techniques, and tools, along with her sense of humor, to engage, motivate, and develop individuals and teams for impactful results.
Abbe received a Master of Arts degree in Applied Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a specialty in Workplace Diversity from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. She received Green Belt training in Lean Six Sigma and is trained in DiSC, TKI, The Leadership Circle Profile, and other tools.

Lon is a Lead Instructional Designer at YPS Learning. He has over 15 years of experience in learning and development. He formerly was manager of curriculum design providing classroom, eLearning and blended solutions at a large corporation, and was a department manager for a training company where he designed, developed and managed over 100 eLearning and instructor-led courses. Lon now focuses primarily on the design and development of learning solutions, applying adult learning theory and his knowledge of many different eLearning development software applications.
Lon works closely with SMEs to design and develop highly customized storyboards, simulations, learning curriculum, exercises and mastery assessments. He has experience with Adope Captivate, Adobe Flash, Adobe Presenter, Articulate Presenter, Articulate Storyline, Centra Symposium, HTML, Lectora, and SCORM/AICC. He has served as a judge for the prestigious Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Awards, serves as a member of a Corporate Advisory Council for a nationally recognized university in the field of eLearning design and development, and teaches an eLearning design and development course to a corporate audience.
Lon holds a Master of Science degree in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
Clay is a Lead Instructional Designer with YPS Learning. He brings over 20 years of experience in providing business solutions through the use of technology. Clay’s areas of expertise are in providing technology-enabled solutions training and development, marketing, and sales engagements. Clay has functioned as project manager, instructional designer, developer, business strategist, information technology strategist, and online marketing and sales manager.
Clay has a proven track record of success supporting organizations large and small in the healthcare, financial, automotive, and information technology sectors.
Clay has a demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, strong communication skills and excellent planning skills. In the role of Senior Instructional Designer, he has been part of the full life cycle of training development, including initial program scoping and objectives, curriculum design and development, packaging and delivery of training leveraging various methods (in-person and virtual classroom, eLearning, and simulations), as well as performance evaluation and enhancements.
Clay holds a Master of Arts degree in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.
Amita Sherwood is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with over 16 years of performance improvement and organizational effectiveness experience in a variety of industries including Insurance, Federal (DoD and Civilian), Health Care, Higher Education, Financial Services, and Information Technology.
Amita has spent over 12 years consulting with private and public organizations on planning and executing performance improvement initiatives. She has completed a variety of engagements in large-scale Lean Six Sigma deployment, Change Management strategy planning and execution, project and team facilitation and coaching.
Amita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Science and Information Systems from The Pennsylvania State University. She resides with her husband and 2 children in Pinehurst North Carolina.
Evelyn is Lead Editor at YPS Learning. She has over 25 years of experience in editing and publishing. She conducts the QA process for all instructor-led, virtual and web-based learning modules at YPS Learning. She was formerly Head of Publications and Editor in Chief of the Harvard Art Museum at Harvard University, where she edited for numerous projects, and supervised in-house and freelance editors and designers for all publications, including books, exhibition and collection catalogues, annual reports, educational materials, and web texts.
Evelyn has also edited for Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government and School of Public Health, as well as edited music books and for museum clients. She has developed and taught courses in English composition and basic English. She is also a contributing writer for the Arts Fuse, a Boston-based online arts magazine.
Evelyn has a Master of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts-Boston in Literature and Composition Theory, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University in English Language and Literature. Evie has a reading knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese and French. She also happens to be an accomplished Vocalist, specializing in Jazz and Brazilian music.
