Abbe Lynn Rosenthal, MA, PCC

Abbe brings more than 15 years of experience in executive coaching, talent assessment, acquisition and onboarding, and learning design, development, and delivery. She specializes in needs assessments, L&D roadmap designs, and delivering high impact coaching and learning experiences. She provides individual coaching to executives, mid-level managers, new supervisors, and front line employees focused on finding their passion and purpose in the workplace.


Abbe uses innovative models, techniques, tools, and solutions along with her sense of humor, to engage, motivate, and develop individuals and teams for high impact results. 


Abbe holds a MA degree in Applied Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a specialty in Workplace Diversity from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a BA degree in Business.  She is an ICF-certified Professional Certified Coach, is trained as a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, as well as trained in DiSC, TKI, The Leadership Circle Profile, and other tools.


Randi has been in the talent acquisition and development field for over 15 years as a coach, consultant, and trainer. She has provided coaching to mid-level managers and entry-level professionals within corporate and small business environments both in-person and remotely. Randi's focus and passion is helping people reflect, upskill, and improve effectiveness.

Randi has coached individuals and teams within retail, financial services, healthcare, food, personal care, manufacturing, and technology industries. Having led a team for Hallmark, Randi has an excellent grasp of the balance between operational and human performance improvement. She has conducted classroom workshops and virtual sessions focused on new hire orientation, new products or processes, time management, team effectiveness, leadership, career management, and many other topics.

Randi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Florida International University, has a working knowledge of Spanish, and resides in New Jersey with her husband and two sons.



Marian is a passionate and dynamic L&D Strategist, Executive Coach, and Master Facilitator, possessing an innate ability to help people discover and apply their core potential and make progress towards their vision. She inspires others to consider possibilities in their lives and businesses and connect with opportunity amidst ongoing change and uncertainty through a creative process that unleashes personal and professional potential.

Marian has had the distinct privilege of leading organizations while stimulating growth in varied business environments amidst constant market and cultural changes. She is an astute and creative thinker capable of processing complex challenges and addressing them with practical, real-world solutions. Her expertise has enabled her to positively impact strategic company goals while partnering with key executives to demonstrate the value of her capabilities and services within their organization. She assists clients to embrace change while igniting both personal and professional growth in rapidly changing climates for both individuals and teams.

Marian holds a MA Degree in Education from Indiana University and is a PCC-ICF Professional Certified Coach.


Annette grew up in the Netherlands but lived with her family in the US for several years. She studied and worked in the Netherlands, France, Sweden, and the US. These experiences resulted in a deep passion for intercultural communication and the art of working on diverse and global teams. Annette’s career included roles in business development, marketing, and training and development. She was also a Destination Service Consultant supporting employees through the relocation process. Annette’s focus is coaching around intercultural communication and diversity. She is a trained certified executive coach from Rutgers Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance (LCOP) and holds an MSc in Management and Organization from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands as well as a Diploma in French Language and Culture from the University of Grenoble. In addition, she received her certification in Crossing Cultures with Competence from the Interchange Institute and a certification in Cultural Intelligence from Purdue University.



Evelyn is Lead Editor at YPS Learning. She has over 25 years of experience in editing and publishing. She conducts the QA process for all instructor-led, virtual, and web-based learning modules at YPS Learning.  She was formerly Head of Publications and Editor in Chief of the Harvard Art Museum at Harvard University, where she edited for numerous projects, and supervised in-house and freelance editors and designers for all publications, including books, exhibition and collection catalogues, annual reports, educational materials, and web texts.

Evelyn has a Master of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts-Boston in Literature and Composition Theory, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University in English Language and Literature.  Evie has a reading knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, and French.

Abbe and her team successfully developed and delivered more than two dozen classroom and online learning modules for me over the last ten years across divisions, functions, levels, and geographies.
